​​Isabel is a trusted communications and engagement adviser with more than eight years’ experience helping organisations navigate complex issues and build credibility, trust and social licence with communities and stakeholders.  
 
Isabel has led stakeholder and community engagement programs across utilities, transport, healthcare, aged care and government at all levels, working throughout Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT. She has extensive experience supporting organisations in highly regulated environments, including major regulatory resets and pricing submissions, and understands the realities of balancing policy, commercial and community expectations. Clients value her ability to translate complex information into clear, practical insights that genuinely support decision‑making. 
 
Known for designing engagement that is purposeful and outcomes‑focused, Isabel brings deep expertise in best‑practice engagement and research across both face‑to‑face and digital contexts. As a facilitator, she is warm and inclusive, creating environments where stakeholders and communities can participate meaningfully. She has designed and led a wide range of co‑design, deliberative and consultation processes, skilfully managing group dynamics and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard and understood. 
 
As a project manager, Isabel is a calm, collaborative leader who works seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes. She builds strong internal and external relationships to achieve shared objectives and lasting value. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Communication and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney and is certified by the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).​
