Known for designing engagement that is purposeful and outcomes‑focused, Isabel brings deep expertise in best‑practice engagement and research across both face‑to‑face and digital contexts. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Communication and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney and is certified by the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).
